Layer fresh halibut with some Asian flavors and steam in a parchment parcel for a scrumptious, healthy dinner

1 ½ lbs. halibut, cut into 4 pieces
1” ginger, minced
4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
½ to 1 jalapeno, seeds removed, sliced
4 thin onion slices
8 sprigs cilantro
2 tbsp. dark soy sauce or reduced sodium soy
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. fish sauce
1 tbsp. natural peanut butter
1 tsp. lemongrass paste (I like Gourmet Garden)
1 tsp. honey
