Asparagus spears 160
3 tablespoons lemon juice
Fresh chopped mint leaves or parsley
2 tablespoons caper juice
1 finely minced red onion
Salt and pepper to taste
Lightly steam the asparagus until tender. Marinate in juices and spices 30 minutes. Add olive oil or drizzle with melted butter and enjoy.
