A gorgeous vegetarian lasagna topped with parmesan and mozzarella cheese

2 aubergines
500 g tomato passata
9 lasagne sheets
1 red onion
1 red bell pepper
75 g parmesan
125 g mozzarella cheese
1 handful of organic kale
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
