Aunt Bee's Best Dang Burger

I have a top 5 favorite food list. It has stayed the same for years.....until tonight. I will go to bed thinking about this burger. I will dream about it tonight. Then I will wake up and have another one for breakfast. Its that good. If you make nothing else from my blog, you have to make this burger. And the Baked Ziti. :-) We use a 3 LB roll of 80/20 ground chuck, but feel free to half this recipe if you need to make less! Or just eat the leftovers for breakfast ;-)

1/3 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/3 cup Dales marinade
1 TBSP Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 TBSP Black Pepper
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp yellow prepared mustard (I used French's)
1 TBSP Brown Sugar
3 TBSP Hickory Flavored Liquid Smoke
1 (3 lb) roll of 80/20 Ground Chuck
