We give this to our 13 month old son often! It is very similar to the Berry Breakfast Mix Up except with double the healthy fats with flaxseed meal and avocados.

1/3 cup unsweetened full fat yogurt
1 tablespoon flaxseed
1/3 cup mashed ripe banana, I mash with a fork
1/4 cup mashed avocado, I mash with a fork
1 tablespoon flaxseed
1/3 cup mashed ripe banana, I mash with a fork

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and stir. Enjoy!
