Avocado Cilantro Lime Dressing

This is delicious on salads, or a great mayo replacement for sandwiches! It has a little zip to it that adds great flavor. Plus, it's made with good fats, so you can feel good about serving it to your family! We had our 93 year old grandmother over for dinner and she raved about this dressing!

1 clove garlic
juice of 1 lime
1/2 ripe avocado
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, stems removed
1/2 tsp agave
1/8 tsp cumin
dash cayenne pepper
fresh cracked salt and pepper, to taste
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp plain greek yogurt
2 Tbsp milk
Add all ingredients to blender jar. Process until dressing is smooth and creamy. It will be thick, so if you want it thinner, add a little milk until you reach the desired consistency.

Who doesn't love having a good Caesar salad! However, having Caesar salad in restaurants is never a healthy choice. As, it is always loaded with excess fats and calories. I have prepared an entirely healthy homemade Caesar salad in a tortilla bowl that rivals that of any restaurant.

Toss with the crisp lettuce, drizzle with the guilt-free flavorful dressing and finally top with croutons and cheese for the perfect main course!
