Avocado Slaw is AWESOME! Amazing flavor for something so Quick and Easy. The perfect accompaniment!

1 medium avocado, sliced
? cup whole cilantro leaves, wash and pat dry before adding to food processor
¼ cup sour cream
4 tablespoons lime juice (about 2 medium limes)
3 tablespoons half and half
5 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon kosher salt
½ of a Serrano pepper, cut off stem, then chopped
16 ounce bag of diced cabbage coleslaw mix
10 green onions, diced, white parts only

16 ounce bag of diced cabbage coleslaw mix
10 green onions, diced, white parts only
Throw everything except the cabbage and green onions into the food processor and process on low until smooth, about 30 seconds.
Add in cabbage coleslaw mix and green onions, mix well and chill until served.
