This quiche is the perfect combination of healthy and delicious! Perfect for breakfast, brunch or even a breakfast dinner. YUM!

3 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
4 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cups roasted asparagus, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup mushrooms, chopped
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tablespoon flour
