Baked creamy avocados! A whole new way to eat them!

3 avocados
Drizzle with a little olive oil (or what ever kind of oil you would like! Go crazy, use sunflower oil, grape seed oil, safflower oil!!!!)
Add as much as you would like of:
Fresh ground black pepper
Fresh cilantro, chopped

Peel, remove pit and then quarter the luscious fruit.
Place on cookie sheet
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in a 400 degree oven, then enjoy!
