Here’s a delicious baked carob oatmeal bar recipe that’s completely diary-free and gluten-free. Both the crust and the filling require only 3-ingredients each and they are very easy to make.

For the crust
1 cup of oat flour

¼ cup of solid coconut oil or nut butter of your choice

3 tablespoons of maple syrup or sweetener of your choice (or more if you prefer them sweeter)

For the filling
3 eggs

4-5 tablespoons of carob powder
