Baked Citrus Honey Cod
29
A little sweet, a little sour...refreshing way to make cod.
1
½ pound cod fillet
½ tablespoon honey
½ tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon orange juice
½ tablespoon honey
½ tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon orange juice
Wash cod clean, wipe off excessive water, and put in a baking dish.
Mix honey, soy sauce and orange juice. Pour over cod and marinate in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Bake cod for about 20 minutes. Poke with a fork and if it easily flakes, then it’s ready.
Note: If you have more cod, just increase the sauce by proportion.
