Baked Masala Potato Wedges | Indian Spiced Crispy Potato Wedges Recipe. Simply bake the masala coated wedges. Then the natural yogurt gets drizzled over the baked potatoes. A sprinkle of chopped onions and cilantro, and a splash of lemon juice. Done.

• Potatoes Cut Into 6-8 Wedges – 5 Large
• Oil – 2 Tbsp
• Tomatoes, Puree – 1/4 Cup
• Onions, Chopped – 1 Medium
• Garlic, Grated – 1 Tbsp + 1 Tsp
• Ginger, Finely Chopped – 1 Tbsp
• Turmeric Powder – 1/4 Tsp
• Garam Masala Powder – 1/4 Tsp
• Tomato Ketchup – 1 Tbsp
• Yogurt – 1 Tbsp (Use Dairy-Free For Vegan Version)
• Coriander Leaves, Chopped – 1 Tbsp
• Coriander Powder – 2 Tsp
• Kashmiri Red Chili Powder – 1/2 Tsp
• Salt To Taste
For Serving:

This crispy fried chicken sandwich recipe is better than Chik-Fil-A, Popeye's or McDonald's! The chicken breast is brined in pickle juice, breaded with flavorful seasonings, fried until golden brown, and then piled on a toasted brioche bun with lettuce, tomato, pickles and mayonnaise. Serve the sandwich with a side of waffle fries and homemade Chik-Fil-A sauce for dipping!

1/2 c milk
1/2 c dill pickle juice
2 c all purpose flour
2 T confectioners sugar
2 t baking powder
2 t paprika
2 t kosher salt
1/2 t black pepper
1/2 t garlic powder
1/4 t onion powder
