1 large egg, beaten
1/2 cup fat free milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
Breading and Chicken:
1 homemade Italian seasoning mix or 1 package store bought Italian dressing mix
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 tablespoons dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
