You will need 1 Whole Chicken cut in half lengthwise

Ingredients for the chicken rub:
3 T seasoning salt
3 T garlic powder
1 T pepper
1 T salt

Salsa Ingredients:
1 diced red pepper
1 diced onion
3T olive oil
1 12oz can diced tomatoes
1 8 oz can kidney beans
1 T paprika
1 T garlic

salt and pepper to taste
