A delicious side for burgers, sandwiches, or as a simple stand alone meal!

4 large potatoes
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon pepper

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash your potatoes and slice to the desired size. A trick to making the wedged fries that are pictured: Use an apple cutter!
2. Toss the potatoes in a bowl with olive oil.
3. Add spices and toss to coat.
4. Spread potatoes on a cookie sheet lined with tin foil.
5. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy! The baking time will vary depending on the thickness of the potatoes.
6. Enjoy alone or with a preferred dipping sauce!
