Traditional Banana bread made with greek yogurt instead of butter. It cuts the calories and fat, but leaves in all the flavor.

1/2 cup plain Greek Yogurt
2 eggs
3 really ripe bananas, mashed
1 1/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
