½ cup quinoa
1 banana
? C milk or almond milk for dairy free option
1 tsp-1½ tsp cinnamon to taste
1 tbs flax seeds
½ tbs chia seeds

½ tbs chia seeds
Rinse quinoa in cold water 3-4 times.
Boil 1 cup water.
Add quinoa, reduce heat to medium, cover. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until the grain is translucent.
Mash one banana and add to hot quinoa.
