A quick egg curry with tomato, coriander and Bangladeshi spices!

4-6 eggs, hardboiled
2 large fresh tomatoes, roughly diced
1 onion
Fresh coriander
Spinach or pak choi
Oil for frying
Spices: ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp cumin, ¼ tsp chili powder, 1 tsp curry powder
