It is one of my favorite recipes to make. This is the basic recipe I use, no one ever has any complaints about the lasagna.

9 lasagna noodles
1 pound ground beef (you could use Italian sausage if you like)
I jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce.

1 egg
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
