Basic Vinaigrette Dressing

A fresh and tangy vinaigrette that is so easy to make. The perfect addition to any salad.

1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 large clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
Combine ingredients in a bowl and whisk together until combined. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let those flavors meld together. Whisk again before using.
