This April Fools prank worked great! We have had several treats in the house this week and my husband is quite sick of them all. When he walked in the kitchen and saw these he was dismayed that I had made cupcakes... just another treat! He was surprised when I told him that they weren't cupcakes but we were eating them for dinner. He got really close to the Meatloaf Cupcakes and took a big whiff before he could fully believe me though! You don't have to eat these on April Fools Day on

1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup oats or plain bread crumbs
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup BBQ sauce (I used Sweet Baby Rays - Sweet N Spicy)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 egg
3 cups mashed potatoes
1/2 cup oats or plain bread crumbs
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup BBQ sauce (I used Sweet Baby Rays - Sweet N Spicy)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder

3 cups mashed potatoes
Preheat the oven to 375 F.
