This unique stir fry is a quick and easy weeknight meal.

1 lb flank steak
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons peanut oil
½ cup beef broth
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons lime juice
½ teaspoon cornstarch
1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
1 tablespoon grated ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
