Beef, tomatoes, and chickpeas with tons of spices served over top of couscous.

2 lb. beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 T. olive oil
1 t. salt
1/2 t. black pepper
1 medium onion, diced
4 garlic cloves, chopped
2 t. tumeric
2 t. paprika
1/2 t. cayenne pepper
1 T. ginger, peeled and chopped
1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
2 T. flour
1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/2 c. dried apricots, chopped
2 c. cooked couscous
3 T. chopped cilantro
1 T. olive oil
1 t. salt
1/2 t. black pepper
