Beef Teriyaki Stir-Fry

1 Lb. Beef Bottom Round Steak
1 Tbs. Premium Ground Ginger
3/4 Cup Teriyaki Marinade
1/4 Cup Honey
1/4 Cup Orange Juice
6 Small Assorted Bell Peppers
1/2 White Onion
1 Can Water Chestnuts
1 Tbs. Minced Garlic
2 Cups Steamed Broccoli
Marinade: In a medium-sized bowl, mix together 1 Tbs. Premium ground ginger 3/4 Cup Teriyaki marinade 1/4 Cup Honey 1 Tbs. Minced garlic and 1/4 Cup Orange juice, cut Beef slices in half; add to mixture, marinade 3-4 hours. Prep: Julienne slice bell peppers and onion Cooking: Heat 1/2 Cup of Oil in a wok Add in onion and bell peppers; sauté 5 minutes Add 1 Tbs. fresh minced garlic and 1 Tsp. premium ground ginger Add beef strips; mix well Let cook 8 minutes, stirring often Season with salt and pepper Add steamed broccoli Cook another 5-6 minutes; stirring often Mix in water chestnuts Serve on a bed of rice Garnish with chopped green onion (optional)
