Berry Breakfast Mix-Up

Our 13 month old loves this! We feel good giving him this as a healthy start to his day but I have given this to him as a snack a few times. The yogurt gives him probiotics, the flaxseed meal healthy fats, and the berries antioxidants.

1/3 cup unsweetened full fat yogurt
handful berries of any kind, be sure to chop up berries that are large such as strawberries
1 tablespoon applesauce (I have left out a few times if didn't have any and our little guy still loved it)
1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
1/3 cup mashed ripe banana (I mash up with a fork)
Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir to mix. Then enjoy!
