Berry Patriotic Yogurt Parfait with 90 second raspberry chia jam. Great for any patriotic holiday and less than half the sugar of typical fruit-on-the-bottom yogurt.

5½ ounces frozen* raspberries (no sugar added), about 1½ cups
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 teaspoons coconut palm sugar or white granulated sugar
? cup plain greek yogurt
1 cup fresh blueberries
