{Best} Gluten-Free Fudgy Brownies

These really are the BEST brownies I have had. Gluten-free or not. They are even better made with browned butter. It adds a subtle nuttiness that adds so much more depth and richness to the brownies. You won't want to share these gluten-free fudgy browned butter brownies.

1/2 c. +2 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted
1 1/4 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/2 c. rice flour blend
1 c. of your favorite chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a 8x8 glass pan(or line with parchment paper)
