Bill's Spaghetti a la Greek

We love a great Greek spaghetti and since my hubby is Greek - why go for take out or a restaurant. This is one yummy meal served with some garlic cheese bread a Greek salad and you will saying yum-o, too!

1 lb ground beef, browned & drained
1 small Vidalia onion, choppped
1/2 bottle of beer, preferably a dark or amber beer
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 large jar of your favorite pasta sauce (can use your own homemade, but hey, he's cooking, and I'm thankful)
1 box thin or angel hair spaghetti, cooked & drained
1 package of sliced provolone cheese
1 (8 oz) block of Feta cheese, crumbled
1 small Vidalia onion, choppped
1/2 bottle of beer, preferably a dark or amber beer
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 large jar of your favorite pasta sauce (can use your own homemade, but hey, he's cooking, and I'm thankful)
1 box thin or angel hair spaghetti, cooked & drained
1 package of sliced provolone cheese
1 (8 oz) block of Feta cheese, crumbled
Brown ground beef with onion and drain. Add in the garlic powder, oregano, salt & pepper and pour in the sauce and beer. Let simmer for at least 30 minutes.
