¼ cup romano cheese, grated
2 eggs, beaten
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
½ cup pepperoni slices, fully cooked
1 tablespoon olive oil
