This is one of the best Mexican dishes I make it is full of flavor its so easy to make.

1.1 kg Ranch style steak
2. 1 1/2 Onion
3. 1 of any kind of Tomato
4. 1 clove garlic
5. Pinch of salt
6. Pinch of Oregano
7. Drizzle of olive oil

1. cut the steak in to cubes and dice the onion
2. smash the garlic
3. Place every thing in the pan and turn the heat to med low
4. add salt and oregano
5. Stir all ingredients together let simmer for 10 min on low
6. turn off heat and put in tomato in and serve.
