Bite-Sized Apple Crisp

Flaky homemade crust filled with tart sugared apples and topped with a sugary oatmeal crisp all in a mini bite-sized form.

Mini Crusts:
1 cup all-purpose flour
¼ tsp. salt
? cup butter-flavored shortening
3 tbsp. cold water
Filling:
2 small apples (~1 and ½ cups), I used Granny Smith, diced
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. all-purpose flour
½ tsp. cinnamon
4 tbsp. brown sugar, not packed
2 tbsp. white sugar
Crisp topping:
½ cup butter, softened
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 and ½ cup old-fashioned oats
¾ tbsp. brown sugar, not packed
