1 c. cooked quinoa
1 can black beans
1 sweet onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 c. panko bread crumbs
2 T. chili powder
1 T. cumin
1 T. paprika
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 can black beans
1 sweet onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 c. panko bread crumbs
2 T. chili powder
1 T. cumin
1 T. paprika
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1. sauté onions, garlic and bell peppers with T. oil in fry pan.
2. Add beans and spices.
3. Transfer mix to food processor once cooked.
4. Add quinoa and pulse until mixed.
