Black Rice Hamburger Soup is a hearty, healthy soup! Very dense and filling, this soup is a complete, well-balanced, high fiber, gluten-free, nutritious meal. Use organic ingredients for this delicious soup. It’s easily made in your crock pot!

Ingredients

•1 lb. hamburger
•1 Cup Black Rice
•4 medium carrots-chopped
•1 onion diced
•Several peppers of your preferred heat, color and type
•2 cloves garlic minced
•1 14 oz. can tomato sauce
•1 14 oz. can Italian stewed tomatoes
•1 14 oz. can black beans
•1 14 oz. can dark red kidney beans
•2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
•3 Tablespoons beef bullion paste
•Fresh thyme and oregano sprigs as desired
