Blackberry Chia Jam Recipe

This delicious blackberry chia jam is the easiest recipe ever. There’s no need for blenders or food processors or any fancy equipment, you simply mash the blackberries then mix with the other ingredients and heat up! It’s vegan, gluten free and free of processed sugars! Hope you love it as much as we do!

2 cups/250g of blackberries
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1/4 cup/65g maple syrup or honey
Mash up the blackberries using a potato masher then add all the ingredients to a saucepan. Bring to the boil then reduce to simmer. Leave for 10 minutes.
