The BEST blackened seasoning rub gives this chicken a nice little kick that pairs well with the cool, creamy alfredo sauce. This is a family favorite meal for sure!

2 large chicken breasts ( halved width wise to make 4 breasts )
1/4 tsp dried ginger
1/4 tsp dried sage
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsp plus 1 tsp chili powder
1 Tbsp pure olive oil
Alfredo:
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp pure olive oil
2-3 garlic cloves ( minced )
2 Tbsp flour
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
1/4 tsp dried parsley
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 (13.25 oz) box whole wheat linguine noodles
