Blueberry Overnight Oats

Delicious and nutritious make-ahead breakfast! Keeps you full all morning

1/2 tbs. chia seeds
1/4 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup almond milk, or your milk of choice
1/2 banana, either mashed or finely chopped
1/2 cup blueberries
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Splash of vanilla extract
Toppings: granola, nuts, nut butters, dried fruit, or anything your heart desires (my favorite is Kind cinnamon oat clusters)
Combine the chia seeds, oats, almond milk, banana, blueberries, and cinnamon into a bowl and stir. Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, add the granola or nut topping and enjoy! A...
