1 cup California Walnuts
2 cups Gluten Free oats
¼ cup plant-based vanilla protein powder
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp maple syrup
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
For the crumble:
¼ cup Gluten Free oats
¼ cup California Walnuts chopped finely
¼ cup pepitas
1 cup fresh blueberries
¼ cup coconut milk
