This hearty, streusel-topped blueberry muffin will keep you running all morning!

1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup all purpose flour
2 heaping tablespoons flaxseed
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 cup almond milk
2 tablespoons nonfat Greek yogurt
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup blueberries, frozen
2 tablespoons chilled unsalted butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup all purpose flour
2 heaping tablespoons flaxseed
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 cup almond milk
2 tablespoons nonfat Greek yogurt

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Either grease or line a 12-muffin tin. I’d recommend greasing because due to the oats, these muffins tend to stick to wrappers.
