If you love wings, you are going to love my boneless wings. All the same great flavors, without the bones! They are great to serve for dinner, lunch, a snack or as an appetizer at your next party.

½ Quart, Buttermilk
1 pack, Chicken (2-3 boneless breasts)
1 cup, Italian Breadcrumbs
1 Cup, Panko Breadcrumbs
Salt & pepper
3 Eggs
1 Cup, All-Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon, Garlic powder
1-2 Cups, Wing Sauce
4 Tablespoons, Butter, melted
few dashes, Hot Sauce or Sriracha Sauce
1 Bunch, Celery, cleaned and cut into bite size strips
Carrots (optional)
Homemade Blue Cheese dressing , recipe to follow

Cut chicken into bite size pieces and put in small baking dish. Pour buttermilk over & completely cover chicken. Put plastic wrap over dish and put in fridge for about an 1 hour.
