Bread with caramelized onion

This is a beautiful bread, very aromatic and tasty.

1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 leek, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons of olive oil
salt
For the dough:

500 g flour
1 teaspoon of salt
2 1/4 teaspoon of active dry yeast
2 tablespoons of chopped chives
320 ml lukewarm water
caramelized onion
