Bread with caramelized onion

This is a beautiful bread, very aromatic and tasty.

1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 leek, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons of olive oil
salt
For the dough:

500 g flour
1 teaspoon of salt
2 1/4 teaspoon of active dry yeast
2 tablespoons of chopped chives
320 ml lukewarm water
caramelized onion

In a large pan, cook the onion and leek until it becomes soft, for 7 minutes approximately. Season with salt. Set aside. Prepare the dough. Dissolve the yeast with salt and 80 ml of the warm water. Set...
