2 breakfast sausage links
2 packs of ramen noodles without the seasoning
2 chopped green onions
2 tbsp of salted butter
2 tbsp flour
2 diced shallots
2 minced cloves of garlic
2 tbsp of hot sauce
1 ½ c of chicken stock
1 ½ c of milk
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
