Breast chicken in Fenugreek

Breast pieces of chicken cooked in fenugreek leaves

Chicken pieces of breast
Curd [thick ]
red chilli powder [1 table spoon ]
Garam masala 1 table spoon
Ginger garlic green chilli [1 tale spoon each ] crushed
onions 2
tomato puree [1 cup ]
Small bunch of fenugreek leaves [chopped ]
oil
salt to taste



Fry pieces in little oil one by one
Add the remaining gravy in to tomato puree and cook for few minutes
Put the fry chicken in it
Now add fenugreek leaves
wash the chicken Cut in big pieces Prick the pieces with fork put salt Marinate chicken with curd red chilli powder garam masala and ginger garlic and green chilli mix well leave it for 3 hours Chop onions Take a pan put some oil in it fry onions till golden brown add tomato puree put some salt and cook till the puree is thick Remove the pieces of chicken Take another pan add little oil Fry pieces in little oil one by one Add the remaining gravy in to tomato puree and cook for few minutes Put the fry chicken in it Now add fenugreek leaves Cover the pan with lid cook till chicken is soft Pour chicken in serving dish Garnish it with spring onions with leaves
