Broccoli Salad with Walnut Mayo Sauce

Broccoli is tasty by itself, or mixed with anything sour and sweet.

1 head broccoli
½ cup chopped onion
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
¼ cup chopped walnut
Cut broccoli into flowerets. Boil a pot of water, cook broccoli for 2 to 3 minutes or until tender. Drain and put in a serving bowl. Add onion to broccoli, leave on top or stir to mix. Mix mayonnaise, honey, apple cider vinegar and chopped walnut. Pour the sauce over the salad.
