Brownie Brittle with Chickpea Cookie Dough Dip

As if cookie dough batter wasnt good enough on its own, just take a piece of brownie brittle and scoop up that deliciousness on it and prepare for a bite of heaven. This cookie dough dip is a little bit naughty and a little bit nice. Just in time for the holidays.

1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
¼ c. almond butter (can can sub any nut butter here)
¼ c. almond milk, unsweetened
2 Tbsp. maple syrup
¼ c. ground flax
2 Tbsp. coconut oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
dash of salt
? c. dark chocolate chips
BROWNIE BRITTLE:
½ c. oat flour
½ c. granulated sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
¼. tsp. baking soda
2 Tbsp. flax meal
6 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. coconut oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract
dash of salt
¼ c. almond butter (can can sub any nut butter here)
¼ c. almond milk, unsweetened

BROWNIE BRITTLE:

dash of salt
Take all of the ingredients except for the chocolate chips and place in food processor. Process on high until fully incorporated and fluffy. Place into bowl and stir in the chocolate chips.
