Bruschetta with Tomato, Basil & Black Olives

This Bruschetta captures the flavors of tomatoes, basil, and garlic with a twist of black olives.

6 Roma Tomatoes (firm tomatoes are better), seeded and chopped
1 clove of garlic, crushed
5-6 Basil leaves chopped fine
1 Tbsp Garlic infused oil or Olive oil
1/2 cup chopped black olives
Salt & Pepper to taste

Loaf of French bread or Italian bread
Butter, melted (amount depends on how much bread you will be making)
Romano cheese
1 clove of garlic, crushed
5-6 Basil leaves chopped fine
1 Tbsp Garlic infused oil or Olive oil
1/2 cup chopped black olives
Salt & Pepper to taste

Loaf of French bread or Italian bread
Butter, melted (amount depends on how much bread you will be making)
Romano cheese
Seed and chop the tomatoes. Chop basil and black olives. Mix the basil and black olives with tomatoes and add the crushed garlic. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper and the garlic infused oil or olive oil. Mix well. Set aside.
Slice the bread to the thickness you prefer and arrange on a cookies sheet. Melt the butter and brush the slices of bread with the melted butter. Place in the oven on broil and broil until the edges get a golden brown. Make sure to watch the bread while under the broiler so it does not burn. Once the bread is done, remove it from the oven and sprinkle the bread lightly with the Romano cheese. Serve along with the Bruschetta and Enjoy!
