I have never been a fan of chicken wings or the buffalo sauce flavor in general, so when I came across this recipe I wasn't sure if I'd like it all. I'm very glad I went out on a limb because it was DELICIOUS & my husband loved it too! It's not too spicy, but it has just the right amount of heat. It totally hit the spot for tonight's dinner!

2-3 boneless chicken breasts, cubed
8-10 medium russet potatoes, cubed
1/3 Cup olive oil
1.5 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon pepper
1 Tablespoon paprika
2 Tablespoons garlic powder
6 Tablespoons hot sauce

2 Cups shredded cheese
1/2 Cup bacon, crumbled
5 green onions, diced
