2. Half an onion (thinly sliced)
3. ½ cup cabbage (thinly sliced)
4. 2 tbsp coriander leaved (finely chopped)
5. 1 onion (thinly sliced), for frying
6. ½ + ½ tsp red chili powder
7. 2 tbsp roasted bengal gram flour (besan)
8. A pinch of orange food color
9. 1½ tbsp oil
10. 2 tbsp limejuice
11. Salt to taste
