Butter Beans on Toast

Italian inspired beans on toast, with capers and parmesan!

1 tin of butter beans, drained
2 thick slices of ciabatta or nice bread, toasted
Swig of wine (your choice, I used Rose as that’s what I had!)
6-7 sage leaves
Knob of butter
1 Tbsp olive oil
Handful of capers
2 cloves of garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp Oregano, dried
1 stick of celery
Parmesan, to serve
