12 ounces Whole Wheat Elbow Macaroni Noodles
1 small Butternut Squash
2 tablespoons Butter
2 tablespoons Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup Whole Milk
4 cups grated Cheddar Cheese, divided
½ teaspoon Onion Powder
½ teaspoon Prepared Mustard
½ teaspoon Sea Salt + more to taste
