12 ounces Whole Wheat Elbow Macaroni Noodles
1 small Butternut Squash
2 tablespoons Butter
2 tablespoons Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup Whole Milk
4 cups grated Cheddar Cheese, divided
½ teaspoon Onion Powder
½ teaspoon Prepared Mustard
½ teaspoon Sea Salt + more to taste
? teaspoon White Pepper
½ cup Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs (use seasoned, if desired)
1 small Butternut Squash
2 tablespoons Butter
2 tablespoons Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup Whole Milk
4 cups grated Cheddar Cheese, divided
½ teaspoon Onion Powder
½ teaspoon Prepared Mustard
½ teaspoon Sea Salt + more to taste

Cut or peel the skin off of the butternut squash, scrap out the seeds, and cut the squash into ½\\\" cubes.
